First day :

Morning : Departure from your destination. Lunch stop at a restaurant*. Arrival late in the afternoon at the hotel.
Evening : After having settled in, the hotel offers you a welcome drink followed by dinner at our restaurant, in which you will discover some of the region’s specialities..

Second day :

Morning : Morning : DISCOVERY OF THE CITY OF "VALS LES BAINS", its casino, its natural geyser. Taste the famous Vals mineral water, and sample its beer at the "Bourganel" brewery. Lunch at the hotel.
Afternoon : THE GORGES OF ARDECHE
Departure in direction of "le Pont d'Arc", by way of "Aubenas", (an important silk-trade city and economic center in Ardèche) the old village of "Voguë", and the village of "Vallon". Stop at the well-known "Pont d'Arc" and gaze at a panoramic viewpoint of the natural arc dug by the force of the water, then discovery the gorge and natural reserve. You will be able to continue to view Ardèche's famous landscape by returning through a route that passes through "Le Plateau des Gars" in the middle of the lavender fields, by way of "Saint Remèze" and "Lagorce".
Evening : Dinner at the hotel, followed by a lotto-playing evening.

Third day :

Morning : ANTRAIGUES "THE ARTISTS' VILLAGE" this little picturesque village where, for many years, artists like Jean FERRAT or Jean SAUSSAC drew their inspiration. Its incomparable charm and its warmth will make you appreciate this village perched at the confluence of "La Bise" and "La Volane" streams. Lunch at the hotel.
Afternoon : THE PLATEAU OF ARDECHE Discover its full Ardèchoise personality and its authentic way of life or "savoir-faire". Also learn about the Ardéchoise home building (roofs made out of slate or brooms). You will then discover "Le Mont Gerbier des Joncs", birthplace of "La Loire" river, then visit "Le Lac d'Issarlès", which rests in an old crater. Return by the scenic route of "La Fontaulière" by way of "Saint-Cirgues" and the tunnel "du Roux".
Evening : Dinner at the hotel followed by a Pictionnary-playing evening.

Fourth day :

Morning : "THUEYTS", RETURN TO TRADITION. Departure to the village of "Thueyts" situated next to an old volcano. You will discover the well known, "Le Pont du Diable" and receive a guided tour of an authentic Ardéchoise residence of the XVIIIth century..
Afternoon : "LES CEVENNES ARDECHOISES".
Departure in direction of "La Croix e Bauzon" by way of the villages of "Lalevade" and "Jaujac".
During the journey, 2 stops are planned : One in the Trappist Abbey of "Notre-Dame des Neiges" and the other in the famous hotel of "Peyrebelle".
Evening : Dinner at the hotel where you will sample the "caillette Ardéchosie" followed by an evening of dancing.

Fifth day :

Morning : HONEY, WINE AND 2000 YEARS OF HISTORY. Departure for "Alba la Romaine", where you will visit the Roman antique theatre and the old medieval village and its castle. Then, in "Villeneuve de Berg" you will discover the world of bees. Beekeepers will give a demonstration and show a video that will help guests appreciate the beekeeping techniques. Afterwards guests will have an opportunity to sample their products. Then, it is off to the vineyard of "Sauveplantade", Marc Authelin, a wine grower, will show you the wine-making process in our region and will invite you to his guest-table for a sampling of rural products. Lunch : Wine-tasting and lunch at the vineyard. Return to Vals les Bains in mid-afternoon by way of the village of "Voguë"
Afternoon : free
Evening : Dinner made up of plateau Ardèchoise specialities at the hotel followed by a viewing of a "Pavarotti" concert on film.

Sixth day :

Morning : Breakfast at the hotel. Departure.
Lunch stop at a restaurant*.
